Shipping policy
Processing Time
- All Items ship within 1–3 business days due to hand polishing.
Cost & Carriers
- Free shipping within the United States.
- Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver or UPS Ground.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays
- Occasional carrier delays may extend delivery times up to 3 weeks. These delays are outside our control.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 1 week of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.
Other Statements
- Packages returned due to wrong address, failed pickup or recipient refusal will require buyer to pay reshipping fee.
- A replacement shipment or refund will be arranged if a package is confirmed lost after 20 business days from the last tracking update.

If customs declaration errors are caused by us, we will provide either a free replacement shipment or a full refund. Buyers are responsible for delays, additional fees, or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information or failure to provide required documentation.
